- Responsible for all HR administrative tasks, including but not limited to submitting stationery and purchase orders, generating generic HR reports, and creating or cancelling employee ID cards, note taking during colleague meetings
- Coordinating internal comms and engagement activities, from colleague updates to award announcements
- Supporting internal employee engagement events, celebration days (some flexibility required for early/late shifts) and employee listening groups
- Supporting in organising and delivering monthly recognition events (approx. 100 awards/month), including logistics, catering and certificates
- Supports payroll processes and provides coverage during team absences
- Helping with learning & development coordinator, including new starter inductions

This role is five days per week on-site at our Bow facility. The fast pace of the site means no two days will be the same, and you’ll get exposure to every part of what makes Greencore a fantastic place to work.
What we’re looking for
- Strong administration experience, ideally from a busy and people-focused environment
- Confident communicator, written and verbal, who can write updates, send comms and respond to queries with care

- A natural people person who is friendly, proactive, and happy to work with everyone from shopfloor colleagues to site leadership
- Comfortable using systems to input data, raise purchase orders, and maintain accurate trackers
- Able to flex your hours occasionally to support key events on site
- Based locally or within commuting distance to Bow, as a reliable daily presence on site is essential
We’re not all the same at Greencore and our differences help us to make every day taste better for all our stakeholders. We truly put our people at the core and are proud of our diversity.
What you’ll get in return
- Competitive salary and job-related benefits
- 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
- Pension up to 8% matched
- Life insurance up to 4x salary
- Company share save scheme
- Greencore Qualifications
- Exclusive Greencore employee discount platform
- Access to a full Wellbeing Centre platform
