Shift Pattern/ Time: Sunday - Thursday 07:00-15:30
Rate: £15.32/hour

THIS IS A FULL-TIME ROLE WORKING 40 HRS PER WEEK ON AVERAGE AND THE SHIFT INCLUDES WORKING ONE DAY OF OR BOTH DAYS DURING THE WEEKEND AS WE ARE A 24/7 OPERATION.
WE DO NOT HAVE ANY PART-TIME ROLES.
What you'll be doing:
- Assist Production Managers with all administrative tasks related to shift operations.
- Provide temporary cover in various areas of High Care, as directed by the Production Managers.
- Communicate key production matters, including staffing levels and general workforce concerns.
- Offer administrative support for investigations, disciplinary actions, and interview processes as needed.
- Support change initiatives and improvement projects, ensuring timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with all company procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
- Manage holiday bookings, including approvals and communication with HR.
- Address employee payment issues, escalating to HR when necessary.
What we are looking for:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Experience in supporting production or operations teams.
- Ability to multitask and handle shifting priorities effectively.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with change management and improvement projects is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to escalate issues when necessary.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., MS Office).
