Shift Time: 4am start time, with the route planned in at 8 - 12 hours long. Shift Pattern: Monday and Saturday (2 day working week, 16 hour contract) Pay Rate: £13.60 per hour. (Plus £1.15 for hours worked between 10pm and 6am, and + £1.15 for Saturday work) Workload: On average between 20-30 drops per day.
