Pay: £14.80 Per Hour

Tamworth:

A major picking depot, employing more than 130 colleagues and operating a fleet of more than 60 vehicles. The depot serves major convenience retailers in the region.

 

What you'll be doing:

We are looking for a Warehouse Admin Team Leader join us in the warehouse:

*       Support, train and manage a small team

*       To complete administration tasks in the warehouse to ensure that all paperwork is accurate and complete

*       Organise and complete product related paperwork to maintain product traceability and order reconciliation

*       All paperwork recorded accurately and available in an organised system

*       Ensure delivery receipts are accurately recorded and stored

*       Delivery advice notes recorded in a timely manner to enable invoicing

*       Update business systems to ensure that all records are maintained and picking schedules can be released and recorded

*       Systems kept up to date and on time

*       Assist the warehouse supervisory team to manage and maintain rotas and other people related paperwork (holiday requests etc)

*       Rotas are accurate and holidays are properly recorded

*       Maintain and control manual pick paperwork

*       Pick paperwork accurately issued and stored Decision Making Authority Activity Time Frames
