In this role you will act as a contact point for visitors, incoming calls and Greencore employees, to ensure enquiries are dealt with professionally, in compliance with local security and safety procedures and that business support services are provided to managers across the location


  • Provide first point of contact for visitors and telephone enquiries ensuring application of health and safety practices and positively presenting the image of the business
  • Book travel and accommodation to accordance with business requirements
  • Prepare and print documents, standard reports and minutes /meeting notes in response to requests from teams across the location
  • Co-ordinate room booking and refreshments for meetings following the direction given by functional teams/budget holders
  • Administer the company car scheme for a given location(s) in compliance with agreed policy
  • Ordering of stationery and supplies for teams across the location to ensure that all necessary resources/logistics are available when required


  • Experience of working in a similar role or prior experience using standard switchboard systems
  • Ability to use standards templates in applications within the Microsoft Office suite
  • Previous experience of working in a customer facing/front line position
