What you'll be doing
* Sample, test, audit, and monitor products and processes for safety and compliance
* Perform verification checks on equipment calibration and maintain accurate records
* Complete and manage audit-ready documentation and escalate non-conformances
* Collect product samples in line with sampling plans and procedures
* Communicate QA findings and trends to operations and relevant departments
* Provide training and support to colleagues to ensure understanding of standards
* Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances
* Maintain a safe working environment in line with HSE policy
What we’re looking for
* GCSE or equivalent qualifications in literacy and numeracy
* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Holds or working towards Level 2 Food Safety and Health & Safety
* HACCP and CCP knowledge or training
* Understanding of allergen management, GMP, microbiological awareness
* Strong documentation, communication, and auditing skills
* Ability to work cross-functionally and support continuous improvement
* Positive attitude, detail-focused, and team-oriented
What we’re looking for
- FMCG knowledge is advantageous, but full training is provided.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail.
- Good level of English is required (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of and or experience of working in a FMCG/Warehouse would be advantageous.
