Our Manton Wood site has a gym, restaurant with hot food and a staff shop available to all our colleagues.

What You'll Be Doing 

As a Project Coordinator you will provide a comprehensive project co-ordination support for the senior leadership team in operations. 

 

Key responsibilities

*       Co-ordinate diaries, schedule appointments and manage the schedule for regular meetings for senior leaders so that their time is managed for maximum effectiveness.  

*       Book all aspects of travel and accommodations in accordance with project requirements and the preference of the individual leaders to enable them to be as effective and efficient as possible. 

*       Organize meetings, events and visiting in line with projects.  

*       Support individual leaders to prepare slide packs and project updates for business cycle meetings.  

*       Take notes and set up action logs as required for project meetings.

*       Previous experience of project co-ordination for a senior team.  

*       Previous experience on budget and contract management.  

*       Acute attention to detail.  

*       Demonstrate problem solving skills.
