What you'll be doing:

 

We are seeking a Product Planning Manger to manage the ongoing tracking and maintenance of project briefs from Customer Concept to Product Launch. This is an exciting role that can support optimising our development activity for our Food For Later Supply Chain.  

  • Support robust adherence to our Integrated Business Planning process, including the effective handover of information into the weekly Supply and Demand reviews, leading key Portfolio meetings and ensuring regular communication across the business of project challenges and their associated status

  • Provide data inputs and outputs to support business reviews within the Food For Later sites as well as internal functions (Product Portfolio/Supply Chain/Finance/Commercial/Senior Team)

  • Update various systems and records to meet strict deadlines, facilitating accurate reporting of information across the wider business, focusing on essential format, volume, revenue and margin data to enable portfolio, sales and capability assessment

    What we’re looking for:

  • Experience of concept to launch processes, ideally within food manufacture, and how it impacts the Supply Chain

  • Well organised and structured with ability to develop / improve existing processes as well as support creation of new ones

  • Strong time management skills with flexibility to meet strict deadlines and manage varying workload

  • Keen eye for detail, diligent and able to work on own initiative

  • Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
