Here at Bow, we have a team of around 800 colleagues. We produce sandwiches, wraps, platters, sub rolls and baguettes for some of the biggest retailers in the UK including Sainsbury’s, Co-op, Asda, Morrisons.

What you'll be doing

To service the production line with materials as per line schedule in a timely manner to avoid any downtime waiting for raw materials. * To inform the Production Supervisor of any problems concerning raw material availability that may affect the quality of the lines finished product and efficiency of the line. 

Key Activities

• Communication with production managers, supervisors & WIP issuing operatives  

• Locating & batching raw materials ready for the next run. This can be in the bread room, WIP fridge or Prep 

 * Ensuring these batched items are the correct I code with useable shelf life  

• Transporting these materials to the line on change over  

• Removing materials from the previous run from the line & transporting to the WIP fridge  

• ‘topping up’ materials on line to ensure sufficient stock is available for use during each production run  

• To ensure adherence to all appropriate systems and procedures, HACCP and H&S. 

Shift Pattern: 4 ON 4 OFF

Start time: 17:30 PM to 06:00 AM
