What you’ll be doing:

• Communicate with production managers, supervisors, and operatives to coordinate materials for the production line.
• Locate, batch, and transport raw materials with correct codes and usable shelf life to the line for each production run.
• Remove materials from previous runs and return them to storage, while topping up materials on the line as needed to maintain sufficient stock.
• Ensure adherence to HACCP, health and safety systems, and procedures throughout the process.
• Service the production line promptly according to the schedule to prevent downtime due to raw material shortages.
• Inform the Production Supervisor of any material availability issues that may impact product quality or line efficiency.
• Work in a cold environment, handling ingredients and managing stock rotation while lifting up to 20kg and pushing/pulling with trolleys.

What we are looking for:

• Has a keen eye for detail and can demonstrate working in a safe manner and to good H&S practices
• Able to work as part of a team or on own initiative
• Able to follow management instructions and procedures
• Good level of numeracy and literacy skills both verbal and written
