Here at Wisbech, we have a team of 450 colleagues and manufacture premium chilled ready to cook meals for major retailers such as Asda and Co-op.
As HR Administrator, you will produce the weekly or monthly payroll for colleagues in accordance with the individual’s terms and conditions of employment and relevant legislation and rules.
What You’ll Be Doing
Producing the weekly payroll for colleagues in accordance with the individuals’ terms and conditions of employment and relevant legislation and rules
Management of time & attendance exceptions to ensure colleagues are paid correct hours & overtime.
Managing colleagues holiday requests on Kronos and weekly holiday Tracker.
Manage payroll queries for all weekly paid colleagues
Managing missed clock forms, refer a friend payment and step up claims
Management of sickness payments and other leave such as bereavement, maternity, paternity etc
Processing new starters & leavers (ensure new starters are given clock card/holiday forms) put on the payroll master.
Supporting the HR team with the day to day running of the department with general administration tasks.
