Our vast direct-to-store (DTS) distribution network, comprising of 17 depots nationwide, enables us to make over 10,400 daily deliveries of our own chilled and frozen produce and that of third parties. 

Carmarthen: 

A distribution depot serving convenience retailers and forecourts in the region. The depot operates a fleet of 14 vehicles on 12 routes. 

What you'll be doing:

*         Lead the team to ensure that they dispatch the required products that can be delivered to our customers and distribution centers in a timely manner

*         Loading and unloading following safety measures

*         Compliance and temperature checks

*         Liaising with the depot manager

Role Details:   

• Shift Time: 7pm to 3:30am 
• Pay Rate: £13.50 hour (+ £1.15 night premium between 10pm and 6am) 
• Overtime: Premiums are payable after 42 hours at time and a quarter.  
• Shift Pattern: 5 from 7

You will need to be able to be self-motivated and flexible, be able to use your own initiative and a good communicator at all levels.  Experience of leading a team, and of working within or managing a picking operation would be an advantage.
