What you’ll be doing
As a Demand Manager you will;
* Lead the demand planning process for the customer sector, shaping long-term strategy and identifying growth opportunities aligned to business goals.
* Drive accurate forecasting and alignment across Commercial, Operational and Financial teams through monthly and weekly planning forums.
* Own budgets, performance analysis and insight-led reporting to optimise revenue, margin, volume and market share.
* Lead and develop the demand planning team, ensuring high-quality analysis, modelling and timely decision-making.
* Play a key role in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), supporting executive decision-making and strategy deployment.
* Champion inclusion, sustainability and strong data governance while effectively managing organisational risk.

* Degree-level qualification preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
* Strong understanding of supply and demand planning processes, with the ability to balance priorities and optimise outcomes.
* Proven experience in sales order processing and distribution planning, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from order to delivery.
* Customer-focused mindset, with experience managing expectations and delivering a high standard of service.
* Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, staying organised and proactive under pressure.
* Advanced computer literacy, confident working with systems, data, and planning tools to drive performance.
