What You'll Be Doing


We are currently looking to recruit a CMMS Implementation Programme Lead who will be responsible for managing and coordinating the deployment and effective use of Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Mainsaver across the Greencore estate. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Engineering, Facilities and Energy and will be working across our 16 manufacturing sites and engaging with over 400 engineers.


This role will be a 2-year fixed term contract and your responsibilities will include:

*         Owning, managing and coordinating the CMMS implementation schedule across 16 sites

*         Liaising with external and internal stakeholders to develop a CMMS platform fit for Greencore, taking into consideration future technological advances in the field

*         Implementing a common system configuration including asset hierarchies, inventory set up and interface with other systems

*         Driving effective use of the system and implementing common world class processes on Preventative Mainenance scheduling, work order management, defect recoding, resource accounting and KPI’s

*         Delivery of training, coaching and mentoring all system users across various functions in correct use of the system

You will be required to travel to all Greencore sites but will initially spend most of your time across Selby, Manton Wood, Warrington and Northampton sites.

As our CMMS Implementation Programme Lead, you will use your experience and working knowledge of world class maintenance best practices and TPM at a site leadership level as well as having:

*         Degree level education or equivalent in Business, Engineering or a related subject

*         Knowledge of CMMS and ERP systems how to drive effective use

*         Project / Programme management capabilities across multiple sites

*         Exposure to acting as a senior change agent / consultant in FMCG environment

*         Knowledge of implementing IT platforms, including latest knowledge of Industry 4.0 across multiple sites
